Your Perfect Invite

Your Perfect Invite by JMS Creative is the UK’s leading wedding stationery company, however their old website didn’t give customers the choice and options available.

The Brief

The website needed to show off the huge range of custom high end wedding stationery with the ability to let customers select the various colour and material options so they get their perfect invites. They also wanted to make the website a one stop shop for wedding planning, creating a number of useful features including custom wishlists, advice, table planners and guest management.

The Project

So we started by combining a number of modules that delivered the required bespoke product customisation, it was important to make sure that the design offered the large number of product options, but within a table which was not too complex and could be easily understood by the customer.

We created a bespoke Excel import file which allowed us to add large number of products, with pre-configured product options and category setup.

In addition we underwent a number of custom development in order to build the client zone into a one stop website for wedding planning.

Product Customisation

Key to Your Perfect Invites was to offer bespoke and customisation of products across the range, each product has a range of different colour and material options, we used a number of product developments to create a product option system which was easy for customers to use, and even easier for JMS Creative to manage.

  • Swatch and text input options
  • Exact hex code and colour selections means the customers get exactly what they want
  • Global options, allows site owners to update hundreds of products simply
  • Conditional logic, means options can be shown or hidden depending on customer choices.

Ecommerce customisation

Creating a one stop solution, meant we needed to combine a number of developed modules, so customers get access to a series of useful tools to help plan their wedding, including

  • Multi wishlists – allow customers to build their perfect stationery collection, re-organise and share amongst family members
  • Product Quiz – Guide customers to the perfect range y asking a series of questions, our solution then demotes or promotes products based on their answers, making the perfect online salesman
  • Table Planner – A large undertaking to create a table planner and guest management online, letting customers plan their perfect day with the perfect stationery.
