When an order comes, depending on your package you get an Email Confirmation, a mobile popup notification or direct print to your star printer
When the food is ready, simply change the order status to “Despatched” which will auto trigger an email or SMS text* to the customer letting them know it’s on it’s way
With Auto followup* emails, you can request reviews or send any promotional offers
